Introduction to Human Capital Profiler

The following multiple-choice assessment has been developed by Human Capital Department based on the research of Dr Scott Parry, who identified that managers need to perform in four key ‘quadrants’:

  • Supervisory – Building a Team.
  • Cognitive – Clear Thinking.
  • Communication – Relating to Others &
  • Administrative – Managing your Job.

At the start of the assessment, you will be asked a number of ‘demographic’ type questions which will be used for calibration purposes. The assessment which should take no longer than 20-30 minutes to complete.

After you have completed the assessment a Human Capital Department Consultant will discuss your report with you. Which will help drive and inform a Personal and Professional Development Plan.
